Yes. All full priced Eurostep medical shoes can be reimbursed in full if they are returned within 14 days of receipt and are unworn in the original packaging. Alternatively, all our theatre clogs or comfort footwear can be exchanged for another size, or a different style hospital shoe worth the same value. Eurostep is pleased to offer a FREE return service on full priced footwear to the customer once the shoes have been purchased. This service includes any postage the customer may have to pay after the first initial payment on the order. Replacement pairs of shoes will be dispatched on the day the returning pair have arrived at the warehouse, providing they are in stock. To take advantage of our FREE returns service, call our free call number for a return advice number and instructions on how to send them back. Yes. Eurostep can process and post out individual invoices with the medical shoes as long as there is sufficient information with the order. Each invoice will be placed inside the shoe box when they are sent out.
Payments can be made by phone or fax, with MasterCard or VISA only. Money orders and cheques are also accepted. Your clogs or shoes will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, providing they are in stock. If a 30 day account is required, a tax invoice can be sent on receipt of order but goods will be held aside until payment has been received in full.
Providing they are in stock, goods are sent the same or the day following order receipt. As Eurostep focuses on customer satisfaction, all comfort footwear is sent by an express courier to any given address, including Post Office boxes. ‘Track and Trace’ is available on all items dispatched from the warehouse if required.
